The VimoLive experience is a little less bumpy today. Every time a consumer calls into VimoLive for a health insurance quote, the first person they'll speak with is one of our Customer Service Representatives (CSR's). The friendly CSR answers and collects information from the consumer in order to qualify them before connecting the call to the appropriate broker. The CSR collects age, contact information, and the census for the applicant and their family members.
When the call is transferred to you, however, you don't see any of that information and what questions do you ask? That's right. You ask the exact same questions all over again. The consumer is agitated that they need to repeat themselves and you're not always starting off on the right foot. Those days are over!
Now that data that we collect will be available to you in two ways, immediately after we connect the call to you.
1) If you are logged into your Vimo account, click on Phone Leads and you'll see all updated VimoLive calls. If you click on the lead ID number, the customer info will pop-up before your eyes.
2) You'll get an email sent to you, just like an Internet lead.
Now you can take the call from our CSR and hit send/receive on your email…and wham! The customer's information is in front of you so you don't need to ask redundant questions. You'll have all you need to start quoting and selling.
