if i had to rate this dentist on a scale of 1 to 10. with 10 being the best. i would go a 1. no good. research him if you plan on using him. trust me!

Mr tampa its true what he said what he can put on your tooth to get you through is only temperary and will break if you bite down on it.

i had went to this doctor one time. and he was the worst dentist i have ever seen. no manners, and the office staff the same! and then to come home read these review? about what he is accused of? wow! and to think he walk the street a free man. time will catch this man and his wife!!

Dr. Persaud is the MOST AMAZING dentist ever. He was the nicest and most professional dentist I have ever been to. He really did an amazing job. Anyone that says negative things about him probably is a terrible person with really bad teeth and a poor attitude.

I also had a very poor experience with this dentist. Recently, I went into his office for an emergency; a crown on my front tooth had broken. After waiting almost 3 hours to be seen Pursuad finally came in the exam room. His demeanor was very condescending and arrogant; what most would consider being very unbecoming of a so-called professional. He informed me that I would need a new crown and it would take at least a week. I informed him that I needed to go out of town on business the next day and requested even a quick fix for the time being so I would not have to walk around with half of a front tooth for two weeks. During the very brief exam, he made a few snotty comments including a very stereotypical remark, one I would not expect from someone who is educated. He informed me there was a temporary fix but it would just fall out when I ate and the only way he could help is if I purchased the crown that day. He immediately walked out before I could respond making a snotty comment along the lines of “we’ll see”. A few moments later, the front desk clerk came into the exam room. He informed me the procedure would cost approximately $900.00 after the insurance paid 50%. He attempted to comment that the insurance company may not cover the procedure alluding that my dental insurance was not very good. I explained to him the insurance was actually quite good as it even covered preexisting conditions with other family members in the past. This dental insurance covers over 50,000 people at my company alone and is widely known and respected.

I was then informed that if I wanted this procedure done, I would have to wait two weeks for the response from the insurance or pay the $1800.00 up front and my insurance can reimburse me directly. I could not believe this dentist and staff expected me to walk around like that for two weeks! In my opinion, if I paid them $900.00 that day, there was no reason why they could not place a temporary crown on my tooth while they filed the claim with the insurance company. If for some reason they were concerned the insurance would not pay and I would choose not to get my permanent tooth after investing $900.00 up front… couldn’t he do something for a temporary solution? No. Apparently not… he could care a less that I had to work like that; corresponding with hundreds of people a day without a front tooth for two weeks. I thought to myself what kind of professional is this? As I pondered this dentist’s behavior and “could care a less attitude”, I became quite aggravated. While the clerk was checking me out he requested a $5.00 co-pay (which I don’t think I even have) for the two minute condescending, self-esteem bashing exam. I responded informing him to bill me for it! Yeah…if I need to wait 2 weeks for even a temporary solution, I think I will take my $900.00 and business elsewhere. Very Dissatisfied Tampa, Florida

This case needs to be reinvestigated and it should not only includ know what persaud but Interview the rochelle the wife too.......both have gone to long with out taking responsibility in this person disapperance........I will pray every day till they are brought to justice

After knowing the truth, and yes, I believe it to be the truth, I cannot allow myself to ever recommend this dentist to anyone. My service was not good by any means, and after making a review and letting it known, finding out what I did just makes it that much worse. I am heartbroken that I gave any money, trust, and time to a murderer..

Plus, I do not think the rating of his work has to be linked with his involvement/guiltiness or not (why do it this way, my question). This is a serious case that got my attention, a pregnant woman missing. Believe me if he is guilty, his worse punishment is to live with his guilt and he will always live in hell!! his wife and children will be as miserable as him ever.

As a dentist i dont know nor do i care how he is, but i have to tell you WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT MAN IS A KILLER. I personally know this because he is my family members. I try to contact the family members but i have not been sucessful. Why is he not talking to the police if he is not guilty? When is justice going to work for Kristine family? This guy is a murderer and should pay for his crime. I was Rudy's teacher in Dental School. Although i retired a few years ago - I cant not forget the fear that Rudy provoked in me. He frightened us all - he was a BAD DENTAL STUDENT and a BAD PERSON. He had little respect for people and a very low respect for women. I hope the truth can be found.

I worked with Dr persaud for years, I was actually his first assistant in his new paractice if you know him and his wife they are generous nice people..they would have never done that to her.

10 years ago I fell to my knees when I heard my friends name on AMW. Kristine Kupka was missing. I will never forget the feeling I had when I listened to every detail. He's supposed to know how deep the decay is on the first place. Now, I'm so mad because of what happened. I'm planning to call special investigators or whoever that can help me on this matter.

Con't After I had my wisom tooth removed, I called them & ask when can they do my permanent filling because it causing me a lot of discomfort (it's very sensitive & got a toothache.) They scehduled me after a month or so after the initial filling. On my recent visit, he told me I he can't do the permamnent filling instead I need a rooot canal because the pulp got exposed. I suspect he exposed the pulp on the my fisrt visist cause it's too sensitive. HE SUCKS!

Now I need a root canal because of him! He redid my filling( my tooth was never sore or sensitive prior to the procedure) the decided to put a temporary filling on my tooth because he said that he doesn't have enough access on the cavity. He referred to an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom tooth adjacent to the the tooth that he redid the filling. Afet 1 day, the filling comes off & advised me to buy a temp filling from Walmart which I can do by myself. After, I had my wisdom tooth removed,

These people are writing these negative comments about something and someone they have no clue about. In case you are not aware the journalists always sensationalize a story to get small minded unintelligent people to agree with their point of view. Only "nice" things have been published about the alleged victim, she is not as stellar as everyone makes her out to be. Dr. Persaud on the other hand, is a warm, gentle and kind doctor and his only fault in this case is befriending the wrong kind.

I knew Dr. Persaud in dental school. He is a kind, good-hearted individual who cares very much for his patients and his family. I do not believe he had anything to do with the crimes suggested in these reviews. He does excellent work and I would trust my family in his hands any day of the week.

I wish I had researched this dentist before I had some dental work done by him. Now I am in the process of suing him for what he did to me. I feel terrible for the family of the young woman they say he killed. I am sick over it, without knowing I put myself in the hands of a murderer.

I was so dissatisfied with his work, that I found this site on google to see what his rating was. When I saw the comment mentioning the woman he had killed, I went on her website and learned that he was undeniably her killer, as well as their child's. It sickens me to know that my insurance supported someone who was an adulterer, as well as a woman and baby killer.

How could anyone with morals give this guy business? He murdered his mistress (he, unbeknownst to her, was married) when she became pregnant w/his child & refused to abort. He took her life at 28, and robbed this world of a loving, compassionate, brilliant woman. I'm sure her child would have been a wonderful contributor to society as well.
