Tips for good reviews

  • Be factual. Saying your doctor is skilled at microsurgery is better than saying he is a wonderful doctor.
  • Resist the temptation to vent. Your review carries much more weight when it is perceived as thoughtful.
  • Everybody has pluses and minuses – try to include both in your reviews whenever possible.
  • Be informative. For example, if your doctor performs a special type of procedure, let everyone know about it.
