Dr. Glaser was extremely unethical in connection with my legal case in which he VIOLATED laws that required him to include a declaration with his expert witness' medical-legal evaluation report stating that the information he reported is true and correct to the best of his [expert witness'] knowledge and belief . . . That illegal act was henious because Glaser testified against me by report! CA Labor Code Sect. 4628(j) and CA Evid. Code Sect 710 (and/or Fed. Rule of Evid. Code Sec 603

dr glaser is disinterested in the case presentation and conducts his patient's/ client's affairs with a take it or leave it attitude once he collects his inflated fees. Beware; he will insist on an exorbitant retainer and will keep the change in gross excess for services actually rendered (refuses to provide an invoice). His dispassionate demeanor combined with his condescending qualities to the court officers are a surefire recipe for failure. This man represents everything in opposition to the Hippocratic Oath. In short he is a bad doctor, a dishonest person and won’t lift a finger to get the job done right
