Bank of Cashton

This HSA is a standout from the get-go. Service so far is excellent and you get to talk to a human without navigating thru an answering machine matrix. Not one question that I had went unanswered and Ann Kaiser was most helpful, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Signing up for the Xpress investment accout was as slick as I have seen lately. I called all around to many different banks and the Bank of Cashton by far knew the most about HSA's. You can tell they are comfortable with these accounts and have knowledgable representatives. It is refreshing to work with a bank that is from the MidWest. They answer their own phones and take care of the customer! I highly recommend the Bank of Cashton. Give them a call before committing to any other bank. You will be glad you did!

You can tell the Bank of Cashton keeps customer service as a priority! When you call you actually speak to someone and the person acutally knows about Health Savings Accounts. They are really easy to work with and I refer them to anyone who is thinking about an HSA. Plus they have a really high interest rate! That never hurts!

This has been a good experience from day 1. The contact person, Adam, really exists and is very helpful. My checks and debit card arrived promptly. Online banking site could improve, but the excellent customer service makes up for it. Its nice to deal with a business that has a personal feel.
