Independent – December 27, 2007 This is the best choice I found for starting a HSA as there are no monthly fees with paperless statements, no opening fee, and no closing fee. However, once you have a few thousand in it, it is a good idea to switch to avoid the $4/mo investment fees. | ||||||||||
