The interest rate has tanked. It is now 1.0% for $2000 and 2.0% for over $3000.

Very poor customer service. All my complaints were screened out and not forwarded to anyone for action. In a total of 5 calls I never was referrred to a level that could make a decision. While on hold and searching web site in frustration for contact information of someone in charge, saw the most recent annual financial report (2008) it showed a Net Loss of $58,403,057.00. Maybe poor service is catching up with them. I'm going to move my account(s) to a credit union with better customer service

As the new CEO camr interest rate went from 5% to 3.5 to 2% without us being informed. Not fair

A first class operation

Patelco HSA was a slam dunk

WAS great with their 5% rate, but now they're only paying 2%. No warnings or anything. Just noticed a sudden drop in the monthly dividends. I'm back here so I can shop around.

Great rates. More value for your money. Save on fees and have access to lots of ATMs including 7 elevens(again no fees). Wow! I don't need to go to a branch to do my transactions, the online service is easy, efficient and free which works with my busy lifestyle. Great HSA options and benefit packages for employers wanting to add benefits for their employees. I recommend Patelco to all.
