Job Duties: Executing the marketing and communications strategy for a fast growing venture capital funded internet startup focused on providing and distributing individual health insurance plans; Managing the marketing and creative teams along with external vendors; Managing the multimillion annual marketing budget; Managing all direct response customer acquisition channels: DR radio, DR TV, SEM, SEO, email and affiliates; Supervising marketing campaign design, testing and implementation; Modeling and optimizing MAC (Marketing Acquisition Cost) and conversion rates across every customer acquisition channel; Supervising web site design and development processes; and Creating and running public relations campaigns.
Requirements: Masters in Business Admin, Marketing, or closely related field, or foreign equivalent.
Must have four years of experience in business intelligence & statistical analysis and managing multi-functional teams,
large budgets, and direct P&L responsibility.
