Our Vice President of Call Center Operations, Michael Daugherty, received a Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Executive of the Year.
Over the past year, Michael led the expansion of Vimo’s Consumer Assistance Centers by 50 percent while supporting nearly one million consumer calls. His leadership helped strengthen workforce management, improve hiring and onboarding, and enhance the tools available to customer service representatives. The result is a more resilient operation that delivers compassionate, high-quality support during some of the most complex enrollment periods in recent history.
